Introduction of Plating Line and Waste Water Reclaiming Center
Our semiautomatic plating line was set up back in 2006 with advanced equipment and high productivity. We can do polished nickel, brushed nickel, polished chrome, brushed chrome, brushed satin nickel and brushed satin chrome, etc. We are capable of plating 300,000 sets of diversified display fixtures and 7600 tons of all kinds of hardware accessories in a year. The annual Sales is around USD 30 million. Our company is complying with the regulation of national environmental protection policy and strictly carrying out “system-three together”. We invested 3 million RMB to establish waste water reclaiming center with advanced equipments and put into use along with the chrome plating line at the same time. There are two sections in the wastewater treatment. Section I is the nickel recycling system (breakaway and recycle nickel, and purify the water); Section 2 is complete chemization system (dispose and breakaway the feculence from wastewater). We can recycle 80%-90% waste water and used them for production and 10%-20% used for irrigation or slight let. The waste gas treatment includes 2 sets of acid waste gas treatment systems and 1set of waste gas treatment system of chrome plating. Besides the plating line, we also set up a standard laboratory with various apparatuses and measurements for which we are able to analyze various plating liquid, the index of wastewater treatment, the thickness for plating velum, potentiometer difference, salt spray test, and other plating functionality tests. The whole plating line was well set up with all the necessary equipment and quality control. The quality criteria we set up for our chrome plating products is much higher compared with the others in store fixture display industry. The products are 100% exported mainly to
